The vetting of President Nana Akufo-Addo’s nominees for various ministries continues today in Parliament. Currently, Minister-designate for employment and Labor relations Ignatius Baffour-Awuah is currently before the committee.
He is the second following Minister-designate for Lands and Natural Peter Amewu who was vetted a while ago.
Minister-designate for Works and Housing, Samuel Atta Akyea will also be grilled by members of the committee today.
The process begun on Friday, 20th January, 2017 with the vetting of Senior Minister nominee Osafo Maafo. So far, nine (9) of the minister nominees have been vetted.
President Nana Akufo-Addo has announced 36 ministers-designate since he assumed office as President of Ghana on 7th January 2017.
