Asante Kotoko lethal striker Saddick Adams is set to commence training next week in anticipation of the team’s match day 24 fixture against WAFA after suffering a distressing accident last week Wednesday.
This will definitely come as a good news to the Kotoko fraternity over concerns about his availability for the Ghana Premier League giants in their upcoming matches.
Adams who suffered a minor cut through the gory accident tells SportsworldGhana.com exclusively that he hopes to start training with the Porcupine Warriors latest Next Week.
‘’By God’s grace I am doing well now despite picking a minor cut through the accident’’ said Sadick Adams.
He continued ‘’I am recovering well so thankfully next week I will start training with my colleagues at Adako Jachie and see what we can do in our remaining league matches’’
Kotoko returned to training on Thursday July 20, barely eight days after their tragic accident.
Players who were not part of the accident embarked on the training exercise.
The training was supervised by Kotoko U20 Coach Ernest Appau and his assistant Gariba Ibrahim.
The club’s goalkeepers trainer Joe Baah,Sampson Appiah (assistant goalkeepers trainer) and the equipment officer Issah Amadu were all present at Thursday’s morning training.
The team also trainer on Friday morning.
