London’s Scotland Yard has launched an investigation into a second sexual assault allegation by Kevin Spacey.

The date of the allegation dates back to 2005 and took place in the London borough of Lambeth, the location of the Old Vic theater where Spacey was artistic director. It’s the second investigation regarding the actor after an alleged assault in 2008.

“Officers from the Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command are investigating,” Scotland Yard told The Hollywood Reporter.

Scotland Yard also said that the allegation was made Nov. 17, one day after the Old Vic — where Spacey served from 2004 to 2013 — revealed that it had received 20 complaints of inappropriate behavior by its former artistic director.

Although the theater said it had urged many of those who made personal testimonies to go to the police, it’s unsure whether the latest allegation is connected to the theater’s own investigation.
