Sensational Ghanaian gospel musician, Joyce Blessing has revealed many pastors proposed to her.
The married woman with two children claimed the men of God after performing in their churches take advantage to propose love.
Speaking to host Jerry Justice on Adom FM’s Drive Time show ‘Ofie Kwanso’, the ‘Boot for Boot’ hit maker said “many pastors have proposed to me. A lot of them even though I am married with kids…”
She disclosed this while reacting to the decision by colleague gospel musician, Patience Nyarko not to marry a pastor.
The songstress explained that, though that is the heart desire of many female gospel musicians, she sees being the wife of a pastor as a calling.
In support, Joyce Blessing said marrying someone should be based on love and not stature in society.
True love, Joyce stressed, is the basic key to happiness in a relationship.
“Marrying a pastor or not. I think it’s all about the love. If you think you don’t love a pastor and you are after his money please stop. It is never a good character. The relationship won’t hold…” she advised.
