All Stars under interim coach Mallam Nuhu put up a impressive defensive performance to frustrate the hosts.
Steve Pollack’s charges found it difficult to breakdown the opposition and could not replicate their dominate play.
Chelsea will improve to fifth place on the table with 11 points while Bolga All Stars remain second-bottom.
