Week 19 matches of the Ghana Premier League will resume this weekend at the various league centres after the league went on a break last week to make way for the MTN FA Cup round of 16 matches.
At the Baba Yara Stadium this sunday, Porcupine warriors Kumasi Asante Kotoko will play host to current league champions WA All Stars in a game that will be the climax of the weekend.
Kotoko have been stable in their last three games since the arrival of new Coach Steve Pollack and have recoreded two draws and a win.
They will be counting on Striker Saddick Adams who missed their FA Cup game against Wassaman last week for some inspiration.
Kotoko are 5th on the league table with 26 points and WA All Stars will be hoping to snatch at least a point in this game to move further up the table as they lie 10th with 24 points.
Accra Hearts of Oak will travel to the Central region to play Elmina Sharks at the Nduom Sports Stadium.
Hearts recovered well from their nightmare at Sogakope where WAFA beat them 5-0. The also trumped Bolga All Stars 4-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
They will go into this game full of confidence after a slim win over Young Wise in the MTN FA Cup last week.
They Phobians are bent on getting a silver ware this season and are very much on course.
They are 3rd on the league table with 30 points 6 behind leaders WAFA. their opponent however are not finding their rhythm in the Ghana Premier League but have been very impressive at home but that has not prevented the club from parting ways with Head Coach Kobina Amissah.
Interim Coach Yaw Acheampong will be hoping for a good results against the Phobians. The last game between the two teams ended 1-1 at the Accra Sports stadium.
